Terms of use

Last updated 2026-11-03. What the server keeps is in privacy policy.

These terms cover the official SPPPD online server at spppd.xyz, run by vanillaiice. The game itself is free software under the GNU General Public License, version 3, and the server software under the GNU Affero General Public License, version 3. These terms don’t limit what those licenses let you do with the code. They only cover using this one server.

Using the server

It’s free, and there’s no account. By playing online through it you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, race offline or use another server.

Don’t:

• flood, overload, attack or probe the server, or try to get past its limits
• use it for anything other than playing SPPPD
• use a changed game to cheat or to spoil other people’s races
• try to find out other players’ addresses, or interfere with their connection

The operator can ban an IP address, close a room or remove a player at any time, with or without a reason, and without notice.

No guarantees

The server is run in spare time. It can be down, slow, changed or switched off at any time, and races can drop. It’s provided as it is, with no warranty of any kind. To the extent the law allows, the operator isn’t liable for any loss that comes from using it or being unable to.
